Have I ever mentioned how much I LOVE our daycare?!?!!!!
It might cost a fortune each week, but there really is no price you can put on the safety, love, teaching and care of your children. I adore our daycare teachers, they truly love the kids they work with. Ever since Kayden moved up to the 3 year old room, his 1 and 2 year old teachers have been "arguing" over who gets Emery when she turns 1. Soooooo THANKFUL!
And every once in a while....more like every day they seem to post pictures. Here are a few! Love seeing the different things they get to see!
It's hard to believe that my little E is three months old! She is getting so big and already has an onery little personality. I guess thats what I deserve! lol
Here are some sneak previews from my photographer! Thanks for being patient with us Andrea!
How cute is this?!!!
I am THE luckiest mama!!!
And this is what happens to our props while we're taking pictures.....
I think its safe to say we all take things for granted at one point or another in our lives. It happens. We are all human. But its realizing that life is too short and taking things for granted isn't worth it. I am definitely trying to enjoy the little things in life right now and focusing on the positive things in life. My world revolves around K & E and I'm ok with that. We find things to do to stay busy, we hang out with friends who have kids and just be silly. Their smiles and laughter melt my heart and make me the happiest person. Its all about the little things.
This is what normally happens when I try to take a family pic.....
So this is normally how things work best. Love my life!
Haning out with Andrea and Reagan and our redneck water park!
Me and my girl!
Andrea was cooking and everyone wanted to be held...pile them on!

We went for a walk and found a turtle!
This kid melts my heart. He's taking "notes" in church. God blessed me!
I'm letting him pick out his clothes.....so we end up with Monster pants and rocket ship shirts!
Sweet snuggles for a sick little boy on Friday. He's fighting a cold/allergies.
So Friday night we decided to lay low and go visit daddy, watch a movie and just play inside.
But we had to buy a hot dog cake!

Not sure what made him do this but he thought it was hilarious!
He kept saying "I'm stuck!"
Booger mustache anyone?
This would be the cold/allergies we are dealing with. A cough and LOTS of snot!
So for the holiday weekend, the only plans we had were to visit Kim and the kids on Monday. Well....the weather turned out absolutely perfect and we ended up with little trips every day! I love spending quality time with my babies.
Saturday Brett was working a safety expo, and so we decided to check it out. It was pretty cool! They had firetrucks, ambulances, ATV's, a boat, and 2 helicopters, along with all of the safety personnel for each of them. Kayden was in heaven! We spent about an hour and he just walked from one to another, to another. Brett was there with the lake patrol boat, so Kayden was able to climb inside the boat and check it out with daddy. Pretty cool!
Love the firetrucks!
Playing on daddy's boat
Sunday we woke up and the weather was cool and overcast, so I just randomly decided to hit up the zoo! Perfect idea! The overcast skies meant all the animals were outside, Kayden is the perfect age to walk around and check things out, and little miss slept almost the entire time. It was fabulous! And then when we got home, the sun peaked out and we set up our little pool and water table and just enjoyed the afternoon!
I guess we wore K out....
Monday we went back to Edmond to visit with Kim, Kaitlyn, Jacob and Mike. Its always fun at Kim's house. Kim and I had a great time just visiting and the kids play well together. We had lunch at McDonalds and let the kids run around, randomly decided to test drive a car for Kim and just enjoyed the day. And thanks to Mike, we were able to capture E's smile on camera!!!!
Then we came back to Stillwater and had dinner with Barb, Kelly and their kids. Dinner was fantastic, as was the wine. And Kayden loves Zach and Noah, and Barb and Kelly got to hold little miss E.
That smile melts my heart!
She loved Mike!
Kayden and Zach playing guitar =)
Overall a fantastic weekend!
And definitely thankful for my freedom.
And even more so thankful for those we have fought, are fighting and will fight for our freedoms. Thank you!
