The many sides of Kayden

Kayden is a little busy body. He never slows down and is absolutely fearless (not sure if thats a good thing or a bad thing). To say the least he wears me and Brett out by the end of the day! This past week was spirit week at daycare and I wish I would have gotten a picture of him everyday! He was so stinkin cute!
Tuesday was mismatch day. He wore sweatpants with plaid shorts and a striped shirt.
Wednesday was decade day. So we cuffed his jeans, slicked back his hair and wore our tight white shirt. 50s.
Thursday was western day. A plaid shirt and some jeans, and that cowboy was ready.
Friday (today) is spirit day! He's decked out in his OSU outfit from OB and Lanny! (I got a pic today!)

I can't get the camera out often because he always takes it from me, so the cell phone works better. Here are some pics of my little booger....and a cute video!

Parkhurst Pumpkin Patch

My friend Cara and I both wanted to take our kids to the pumpkin patch and Cara found this super cool one! It has hay rides, pony rides, a petting zoo, a big tractor to play on, hay mazes and pumpkins! Definately a perfect place for the kids. So on Sunday we loaded up Cara's car and the 4 of us, headed to the pumpkin patch.

We took the wagon for Kayden to ride in, but instead Easton wanted to ride and Kayden wasn't a fan of sharing so mom carried him and Easton rode. Hahahaha Inside we played on the tractor, went on a hay ride, petted the animals, rode the ponies and picked out pumpkins! We were exhausted by the end and both boys slept the whole way home! Can't wait to go again next year!

I don't wanna share with Easton

A long day for us, but we had fun!!!

Where has the time gone?!

Wow! Where has the time gone?! I guess its safe to say time has flown by and I've forgotten to blog. Sorry!!!

So whats been going on you ask? Lots of stuff!

Kayden is quite the character. He loves to play outside, we've been playing soccer a lot and he's doing really good at kicking the ball. Although he gets bored and then likes to sit on the ball! He is learning to actually talk and say words! We know "buh bye", "ball", "pumpin", "bubble"....he knows the b and p sounds really well! Its so cute just to listen to him talk. He loves his aunt Katie, who we call "KK" :) He goes racing to the door when she comes in. Its precious. He's very good at giving hugs and kisses (his kisses are still open mouth and very slobbery but oh so sweet!) He was sick the past couple of days with a fever. He got to spend two days with his daddy, which he loved! He's back to normal today and back at school.

Dunk your face!

Brett is working days and having fun. He's got a super interesting story about pulling over a car that didn't want to stop (but I'll let him tell you...not sure I can put it on here). He was on bike the other day and was helping with a 5k and said he paced the top runners at 14mph! Nuts! And last football game he got 4 arrests, so its never ending for him.

Life for me is crazy busy (as you can tell by my lack of posts!) I'm still over two facilities which means work is never ending. I think I could work 80 hour weeks and still not be caught up! And then grad school is keeping me super busy, but I'm onto class number 3 already! I definately try to nap on weekends with my little buddy!

Tonight we're having dinner with OB and Lanny, we can't wait!!!
